This is my first post after such a long time since I left my blog idle few years ago. Today, I decided to ditch my autofocus lens at home and bring 3 of my manual lens out for testing; namely Canon FD 35-70mm F/4, Minolta MD 75-150mm F/4 and Helios 44M-4 58mm F/2. These vintages are way older than me but they performed exceptionally well. Personally, I liked the Helios 58mm F/2 very much especially its swirly bokeh style and sharpness at wide open. Canon FD 35-70mm F/4 and Minolta MD 75-150mm F/4 had the same sharpness at wide open as well but they do not have the swirly profile of Helios. Please have a look at some of my samples below.
